FAQs

What is Ready Golf?

1

Ready Golf is a personalized coaching service that helps golfers improve the physical side of their game. We look at how your body moves, identify areas where mobility, flexibility, strength, or fitness may be holding you back, and create a plan to help you improve. Your program may include mobility exercises, golf-specific fitness training, and simple golf drills designed to help you move better, swing more efficiently, and enjoy the game more. The goal is to help you feel better, move better, and play your best golf.

What is Body-Swing Analysis?

Is this a replacement for golf lessons?

Body-swing analysis looks at how physical limitations may influence movement patterns in your golf swing.

For example, limitations in hip mobility, thoracic rotation, balance, or stability may affect your ability to perform certain movements during the golf swing.

The goal is not to provide golf instruction, but to better understand how your body may be influencing your swing and your ability to make changes with your golf coach.

6

No.

Ready Golf is designed to complement golf instruction, not replace it.

Golf coaches focus on swing mechanics and skill development. Ready Golf focuses on improving the physical capabilities that support those changes.

Many golfers achieve the best results when physical preparation and golf instruction work together.

How often is my program updated and how do I ask for changes?

Programs are updated as needed based on your progress, feedback, assessment findings, and coaching goals. We always do a full reassessment every 3 months which includes the Virtual Assessment, new Swing Analysis and the next phase of your training program.

I use Google Chat to communicate. This is where you can message me any time of day, it’s an open and ongoing chat. You can share video questions about techniques, ask for changes to a program, or just update me on how things are feeling.

During the week I will typically respond within an hour.

Do I need a gym membership?

No.

Many programs can be completed at home with little or no equipment.

If you have access to a gym or home training equipment, your program may incorporate additional exercises when appropriate. During the intake process we will go over all the equipment you have access too.
